Clear The Aire - River Action Group Launch

The Conduit project isn’t just about being inspired creatively by the river, it’s also about using that inspiration and connection to campaign for cleaning up our rivers, making them healthier for animals and humans and ensuring that they are more and better used - we want to be able to swim safely in the Aire!

Come along to the launch of a new River Action Group, Clear the Aire, to find out more about how we want to campaign for bathing status in the Aire from Keighley to Apperley Bridge. We’ll be joined by the enormously successful Ilkley Clean River Group, Aire Rivers Trust, and Get Out More CIC, as well as artists and activists Amy-Jane Beer, Rob Cowen and Boff Whalley who’ll be discussing how to instigate change through art and creativity.
